Plastic Diary

One of the most effective ways to make a change in your plastic use is to first reflect on your habits. To do this, you should think back on how much you use plastic, when you tend to reach for plastic products, and how you dispose of these products.
As an exercise to reflect on how much plastic you truly use in one week, watch this video from It’s Okay To Be Smart. After watching, download our Bernie’s Escape from Ong Island’s Plastic Diary and count how many plastic items you use in one week.

Did your results surprise you? What can you do about this? What actions will you take in limiting the amount of plastic you use weekly?
